Oltrarno Splendid

Park Avenue expresses a chic and elegant approach for the boutique hotel Oltrarno Splendid, in the heart of Florence.

It was named Oltrarno Splendid in honour of its unique location, sitting in the trendy neighbourhood of Oltrarno just over the river from Florence’s main hub.

The design project realises interiors that create a chic, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, perfectly interpreted by Park Avenue’s lines. The boutique hotel is located within short walking distance to Florence’s central sites, including  Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery.

Each of the 14 rooms have been decorated with found objects, bespoke colourways and unique artworks. Antique maps and books are juxtapposed to contemporary prints and paintings, and freestanding bathtubs in every room.

Park Avenue’s detailed customization results in a relaxed approach towards the world of luxury, clearly visible in all the hotel bathrooms.
